A place to belong, believe, and become good news for others.
Dear St. Joseph Parishioner,
As you may recall, in 2021, we embarked on brand development and refresh project designed to uncover key areas of vibrancy. Today, we know St. Joseph Parish as a place to BELONG, BELIEVE and BECOME the Good News for one another.
In the first half of 2022, we continued working to strengthen our community through the creation of a strategic plan for the future with input gathered from St. Joseph parishioners through focus groups and surveys and developed by a planning team at the parish made up of our clergy, staff and lay people (many parish leaders) under the guidance of Kelly Pingleton, a long-time parishioner and professional business coach.
In 2023, we look forward to implementing key action steps that continue focusing our energy on the strategic goal areas of our plan. We become good news for others by embracing the future with creative courage, knowing no act of love will be lost.
We are now excited to share with you the full draft of the strategic plan that Kelly has helped us craft. Please see the informational sheet included with this letter as well as the full plan posted on the parish website, www.stjoemanchester.org. We look forward to implementing our strategic plan alongside the Archdiocesan pastoral plan, All Things New.
Please prayerfully consider how God may be calling you to help implement one or more of our initiatives.
Thank you and God bless,
Rev. Thomas Pastorius
