Every single life is precious to God and to our St. Joseph Parish community. Members of our Pro-Life ministry live out their faith by promoting respect for the sanctity of life from conception until natural death, through prayer and other activities. Are you pregnant and in need of support or just someone to talk to? Contact Birthright STL at (314) 962-5300 or visit the Birthright STL website. 100% of services are free and confidential. Birthright offers care from the beginning of your pregnancy until as long as you need it once your baby is born. Women’s CareConnect, Mary Queen of Angels, and Our Lady’s Inn are also dedicated to supporting moms and their unborn children.“For it was you who formed my inward parts; you knit me together in my mother’s womb. Pro-Life Activities
We pray a Pro-life Rosary on the second Saturday of the month at 9:30 am at the Planned Parenthood in Stonegate Plaza in Twin Oaks. We also pray a Pro-life Rosary on the first Wednesday of the month at 7 pm in the church during adoration. -
Biking for Babies
St. Joseph Parish will once again host the St. Louis Celebration of Life for Biking for Babies, this year on July 19, 2025! See more about this event by clicking here. Sponsorships are now available!
WHAT IS BIKING FOR BABIES? Like you, we want to give bold witness to the goodness of human life, yet we know how fear and feeling alone can hold us back. Biking for Babies helps you find community and become a joyful advocate for human dignity through Christian formation, pregnancy center support, and charitable cycling.
HOW DOES IT WORK? We know culture renewal cannot happen without short-term and long-term impact. So we focus on forming young adults in Christian awareness that each and every life is an unrepeatable gift worth celebrating and protecting. Then, we partner with pregnancy resource centers who provide direct care for women and families in need. As the young adults train and ride, they raise awareness and financial support for the women and families served by America’s pregnancy resource centers.
The pinnacle of their formation is the National Ride (six-day, 600 mile cycling routes across the nation), and five of our nine teams will converge in St. Louis, ending right here at St. Joseph Parish on July 19th!
Come out to this family-friendly event for free food, raffles, a Kid Zone, and inspiring testimonies from a generation who wants to renew the culture!

Kairos Prison Ministry
Help make cookies for the Kairos prison ministry retreat. Cookies must be made according to a few simple guidelines (no fruit, no nuts, no icing, no sprinkles). They should be about three inches in size, packed in quart-sized Ziploc bags, one dozen per bag. Chocolate chip, sugar, peanut butter or oatmeal are great! Other varieties are welcome too!
