Being Good News

A parishioner informed me last Saturday, August 13th how she made an effort to fast and pray on Friday, August 12th for the All Things New meeting because she had mistakenly thought the meeting was on the 12th.  The very fact that she made the effort to pray and fast (even if it was on the wrong day) lifted my spirit.  Thank you to that parishioner and all who prayed and fasted for the archbishop and priests on August 19th (or any other day).
